Almost at Wales’ most south-westerly
point and within The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park with
its stunning landscape of rugged cliffs, sandy beaches and
rolling countryside, 3 West End is conveniently situated
right on the westerly edge of Marloes village.
A pleasant, short stroll will lead you straight
to the heart of the village, where you will find a friendly
shop and post office, which sells newspapers and magazines,
groceries and fresh produce. There is also a playing field,
children’s play park, café and pub.
The café, ‘The Clockhouse’, serves excellent, locally sourced and home-cooked
food. It also has B&B rooms.
The village pub, The Lobster Pot, serves
bar food and has an evening restaurant. It has a beer garden,
SKY TV, darts and a pool table. There are also rooms for B&B.
A short walk across the field in front of 3 West End takes you to the coast path just above Musselwick beach. Marloes sands is about 10 – 15 mins walk in the opposite direction. The penisular abounds with footpaths and gives a great choice of both long and short circular walks. Other beaches close by are Westdale (surfing) and St Brides Haven.
Dale is about five minutes by car and Little
Haven, Broad Haven Haverfordwest and Milford Haven are all in easy reach.
