3 Westend is available as a weekly holiday let or for shorter lets outside the main season. It is suitable for parties of 2-5 + cot + sofa bed.

Booking more than 2 months prior to visit
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required, the balance to be settled six weeks prior to arrival. The owners may require a returnable bond in certain circumstances.

Booking within 8 weeks of visit date
Please send cheque for full amount by return of post. The owners may require a returnable bond in certain circumstance.

The prices quoted are inclusive (bed linen is provided, but not towels). However, a £20 charge per week for heating oil will be added to those bookings from October 1st through to 31st March.

Cancellations
Cancellations will be refunded but only if the house is re-let and will incur a 20% charge.
